If you are a new user or using the app on a new device, follow these simple steps to register:

Download and launch the ADCB Mobile App.
Provide your ADCB Credit Card/Debit Card Number and PIN when prompted, and enter the activation key sent to your registered mobile number.
Alternatively, use your ADCB Customer ID and activation key obtained through Personal Internet Banking or the 24/7 Contact Centre.

Existing users will be prompted to authenticate and re-enroll their biometric information (handset dependent) by entering their current ADCB Mobile App password.
