If you are a new user or using the app on a new device, follow these simple steps to register:
- Download and launch the ADCB Mobile App.
- Provide your ADCB Credit Card/Debit Card Number and PIN when prompted, and enter the activation key sent to your registered mobile number.
- Alternatively, use your ADCB Customer ID and activation key obtained through Personal Internet Banking or the 24/7 Contact Centre.
Existing users will be prompted to authenticate and re-enroll their biometric information (handset dependent) by entering their current ADCB Mobile App password.
